Hi, Josuetas
I use a lot of 628s on R/C equipments . To the day I did not get any problem with EEPROM ( all the working parameters are stored in EEPROM )
The only thing is EEPROM is only accessed at programming time ( a jumper has to be placed to enter this mode and allow Writing ), or at startup, as values are read/verified/pasted in RAM. But no access during run mode.
Over that, writing to the EEPROM is protected by a Voltage detector ( MC34034P5 )... also active in run mode.
But, MCLR pin is used as external reset ... without any brownout ( no reset admitted ! ).

Why insist on using 32 Bits when you're not even able to deal with the first 8 ones ??? ehhhhhh ...

IF there is the word "Problem" in your question ...
certainly the answer is " RTFM " or " RTFDataSheet " !!!
